Refund, Cancellation & Fee Adjustment Policy

By paying the fees and confirming admission, the student/parent agrees to this policy. Please read carefully before enrollment.

1. Purpose of this Policy

This policy defines the rules for cancellation of admission, refund of fees, and fee adjustments for students enrolled in courses offered by EuroJee-Neet. By paying the fees and confirming admission, the student/parent agrees to abide by all terms mentioned herein.

2. Course Categories Covered

This policy applies to all courses offered by EuroJee-Neet:

JEE / NEET Coaching

  • Class 11th
  • Class 12th
  • Integrated 11th + 12th programs
  • Repeaters / Dropper batches
  • Crash courses and test series

Foundation Programs

  • Standard 8th
  • Standard 9th
  • Standard 10th

3. Admission Confirmation

Admission is treated as confirmed when any one of the following occurs:

  • Full fees are paid, OR
  • Part payment/booking amount is paid and receipt is generated, OR
  • Student attends classes or receives access to institute services (tests, study material, app login, online portal, etc.)

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following amounts/services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Registration / Admission Form Fees
  • Prospectus Fees
  • Processing / Administrative Charges
  • Uniform charges (if issued)
  • Books / Printed Notes / Study Material charges once issued
  • Any third-party portal/app charges (if activated)
  • Scholarship Test Fees (if any)
  • GST and transaction charges

Note: If study material is returned in unused condition within the allowed time period, refund eligibility may be considered as per Clause 6.

5. Refund Eligibility (Before Course Commencement)

If a student cancels admission before the batch/course starts, refund will be processed as follows:

✅ Refund Amount = Fees Paid – Admission/Processing charges – Material charges (if issued)

Refund Timeline: Within 7 to 15 working days after approval and document submission.

6. Refund Eligibility (After Course Commencement)

Once the course has started, refund will depend on the number of days attended from the batch start date.

6.1 Refund Slabs

✅ Deductions from refund include:

  • Admission/processing charges
  • Study material fees (if issued)
  • Tests already conducted or made available
  • Online portal/app access charges
  • Any GST/transaction fees (if applicable)

Important: Refund will be calculated only on tuition fee, not on non-refundable components mentioned in Clause 4.

7. Special Cases – No Refund Applicable

Refund will NOT be given in the following cases:

  • Student is absent or irregular in attendance
  • Non-performance / low marks / dissatisfaction with results
  • Change of mind after attending classes
  • School/college schedule conflicts
  • Personal reasons, relocation, family issues (unless management approves as special case)
  • Misconduct / disciplinary action leading to termination
  • If the student has availed scholarship/discount and later cancels admission
  • If course is near completion or substantial portion has been delivered
  • Failure to qualify entrance exams or competitive examinations

8. Batch Transfer / Course Change (Fee Adjustment)

EuroJee-Neet may allow batch transfer or course change subject to seat availability and management approval.

8.1 Internal Transfer

If a student requests:

  • Batch timing change
  • Faculty/section change (if possible)
  • Branch/center transfer (if applicable)

✅ It may be permitted with written request, approval, and transfer charges (if applicable).

8.2 Upgrade/Downgrade

If student moves between:

  • Foundation → JEE/NEET coaching
  • 11th → 12th integrated programs
  • Regular course → Crash course / test series

✅ Fee adjustment may be done based on:

  • Remaining sessions and course duration
  • Material already issued
  • Test access and portal usage

Note: Fee adjustment is at management discretion and subject to terms.

9. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed only via:

✅ Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS / UPI

(Refunds will not be paid in cash above permitted limits as per government regulations)

To process refund, parent/student must submit:

  • Original fee receipt copy
  • Cancelled cheque / bank account details
  • Student ID / admission details
  • Completed refund request form

10. Refund Request Process

To apply for cancellation/refund, the student/parent must:

  1. Fill the Refund Request Form (available at office or download from website)
  2. Submit a written application stating the reason for cancellation
  3. Return institute-issued ID card, study material, and other resources (if required)
  4. Get acknowledgment receipt from the office
  5. Await verification and approval from management

📌 Refund request will be considered only after complete verification and approval by the management.

11. Processing Time

✅ Standard refund processing time: 7 to 15 working days after approval

Delays may occur due to:

  • Bank holidays and weekends
  • Verification pending from concerned department
  • Missing or incomplete documents
  • High volume of requests during admission season

12. Online Payment Gateway Charges

If the fee payment was made via online modes such as:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Payment Gateway services

Then gateway charges / transaction charges (typically 1.5% to 3%) may be deducted from the refund amount as per actual charges incurred by the institute.

13. Institute Rights & Policy Changes

EuroJee-Neet reserves the right to:

  • Modify this refund policy without prior notice
  • Make final decisions in special or exceptional cases
  • Reject a refund request if conditions are not met
  • Adjust refund percentages based on actual course delivery and usage
  • Waive or reduce refund in cases of scholarship students

Any policy changes will be updated on the official website at www.eurojeeneet.com

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or disagreements regarding refunds:

  • First, the matter should be brought to the attention of the Institute management
  • The Institute will review the case and provide a written response within 15 working days
  • If unresolved, the matter may be escalated through formal grievance procedure

15. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, if any, arising from this Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of:

16. Student/Parent Acknowledgement

Declaration:

"I/We have read and understood the Refund, Cancellation & Fee Adjustment Policy of EuroJee-Neet and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. I/We understand that by making the payment and confirming admission, I/we are bound by this policy."
