Terms and Conditions

This legally binding Agreement governs the Student's enrollment and participation in EuroJee-Neet's programs and activities. By enrolling at our institute, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Admission Procedure

Application Process

  • Application forms are available at our institute office or online at eurojeeneet.com
  • A non-refundable application fee is payable upon submission
  • Late applications may be considered at the Institute's discretion

Required Documents

  • Student's birth certificate or age proof
  • Previous academic transcripts and mark sheets
  • Recent passport-size photographs
  • Proof of residency
  • Medical records (if applicable)
  • Any other documents as requested by the institute

Assessment

Prospective students may be required to:

  • Attend an interview with the admissions committee
  • Participate in an entrance examination assessing academic proficiency
  • Submit previous test scores or academic records

Acceptance and Enrollment

  • Successful applicants will receive a formal acceptance communication
  • Acceptance must be confirmed by submitting required enrollment documents and paying the stipulated admission fee
  • Enrollment is finalized upon receipt of all required documents and payment of applicable fees
  • Attendance at the mandatory orientation program is required for all students and parents

2. Fees and Payment Terms

Tuition Fees

  • Tuition fees are payable in installments as specified in the fee schedule provided with the acceptance letter
  • Payment deadlines must be strictly adhered to
  • A late payment fee will be levied for each overdue installment

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, demand draft, or at the institute office.

Fee Adjustments

  • The Institute reserves the right to revise the fee structure
  • Any fee changes will be communicated to parents in advance

Non-Payment Consequences

  • Consistent failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of enrollment
  • The Institute reserves the right to withhold academic records, study materials, and progress reports in cases of outstanding fees
  • Enrollment will resume only after all outstanding dues are cleared

3. Attendance and Punctuality

Minimum Attendance Requirement

  • Students must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance per term/course
  • Exceptions may be granted in documented cases of illness or emergency
  • Poor attendance may affect eligibility for examinations and progress to the next level

Absence Notification

  • Parents must notify the Institute on the day of the Student's absence via phone or email
  • Written explanation with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor's note) must be submitted upon return

Tardiness

  • Students arriving late to class must report to the designated office
  • Repeated tardiness will be addressed through disciplinary measures
  • Actions may include parent-teacher conferences, warnings, or suspension

4. Academic Performance and Evaluation

Assessment and Grading

  • Regular tests, mock examinations, and assessments will be conducted
  • Progress reports will be issued periodically to track student performance
  • Students must appear for all scheduled examinations

Make-up Examinations

Make-up examinations will only be granted in documented cases of illness or emergency, at the Institute's discretion.

Academic Integrity

  • Students must uphold the highest standards of academic integrity
  • Plagiarism, cheating, copying, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited
  • Violations will result in serious consequences including failing grades, suspension, or expulsion

Promotion and Progression

  • Student promotion is contingent upon satisfactory academic performance and minimum attendance
  • The Institute reserves the right to use a holistic approach considering multiple factors

5. Code of Conduct

Respect and Courtesy

Students must demonstrate respect and courtesy towards all staff, faculty, peers, and visitors. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

Anti-Bullying and Harassment

  • Zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, and discrimination of any kind
  • Includes physical, verbal, or cyber bullying
  • All incidents must be reported immediately to a teacher or administrator
  • Thorough investigation will be conducted and appropriate action taken

Dress Code

  • Students must adhere to the prescribed dress code on Institute premises
  • Professional and appropriate attire is expected at all times
  • Non-compliance may result in the student being sent home

Electronic Devices

  • Use of mobile phones and electronic devices is restricted during class hours
  • Devices may be confiscated if used in violation of this policy
  • The Institute is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal devices

Substance Abuse

Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco on Institute premises or during Institute-related activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion.

Property Damage

  • Students will be held responsible for any damage to Institute property
  • Parents will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement

Behavior Outside Campus

  • While the Institute's primary jurisdiction is on campus.
  • The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action for student behavior outside of campus that negatively impacts the Institute community or its reputation.

Behavior Standards

  • Students are expected to act with integrity, honesty, and responsibility
  • The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action for off-campus behavior that negatively impacts the Institute community

6. Disciplinary Procedures

Disciplinary Actions

The Institute may take the following disciplinary actions:

  • Verbal warnings
  • Written warnings (Memo 1, Memo 2, Memo 3)
  • Parent-teacher conferences
  • Detention or additional assignments
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent expulsion

Warning System

  • Three written warnings (Memos) for behavioral infractions will lead to mandatory parent-teacher conference
  • Further infractions after the third memo will result in severe disciplinary action

Grounds for Expulsion

Expulsion may be imposed for serious violations including:

  • Possession or use of weapons or illegal substances
  • Acts of violence or severe bullying
  • Repeated violations of Institute policies
  • Academic dishonesty of serious nature

Due Process and Appeals

  • Students will be given opportunity to explain their actions
  • Parents will be notified of all disciplinary measures
  • Parents may appeal disciplinary decisions by submitting a written request within 7 days

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Communication

  • The Institute will communicate regularly through email, SMS, parent portal, and newsletters
  • Parents must read and respond to communications promptly
  • Parents must keep contact information updated

Parent-Teacher Meetings

  • Parents are strongly encouraged to attend all scheduled meetings
  • These meetings are essential for student progress monitoring
  • Repeated absenteeism may result in mandatory meetings being scheduled

Support and Conduct

  • Parents must support Institute policies and Code of Conduct
  • Parents must conduct themselves respectfully with Institute staff and faculty
  • Undermining Institute authority or creating disruption will be addressed

Concerns and Grievances

Parents are encouraged to communicate concerns promptly. A formal grievance procedure is available for unresolved issues.

8. Student Well-being

Counseling Services

The Institute recognizes the importance of student mental health and provides access to counseling and guidance services. Students are encouraged to utilize these services as needed.

Health and Safety

  • Parents must provide updated health records and emergency contact information
  • Information about allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed
  • The Institute will take reasonable measures to ensure student safety

9. Institute's Responsibilities

  • Quality Education: Provide high-quality coaching for JEE/NEET preparation in a safe learning environment
  • Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding student progress and Institute matters
  • Student Support: Provide access to necessary resources including study materials, test series, and counseling services
  • Facilities: Maintain adequate infrastructure and learning facilities
  • Qualified Faculty: Employ experienced and qualified teaching staff

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any enrollment documents, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements.

11. Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By enrolling at EuroJee-Neet, parents and students acknowledge that they have:

  • Read and understood all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
  • Agreed to abide by all Institute policies, rules, and regulations
  • Agreed to support the Institute in its mission to provide quality education
  • Understood the consequences of non-compliance with these terms
